Our road maintenance crews take pride in the work they do every day, and today we’re recognizing one of those team members — Becca Payette. Becca has earned her Class 3 licence and is stepping into a heavy-duty plow truck operator role after more than 11 years in Service Area 22.
Becca’s career with Dawson Road Maintenance began in support of a wide range of maintenance activities across the region. Over the years, she has become known for her reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on whatever the day requires. From operating the sweeper in the summer to running a medium-duty plow truck through the winter — and stepping in for traffic control when needed — she has played a key role in keeping our northern communities safe and connected.

Her Class 3 licence certification marks an exciting next step in her career, and we’re so proud to see her move into the new role. We’re grateful for her more than a decade of service to the North Peace region and look forward to seeing her continue to grow.
Congratulations, Becca! Thank you for the dedication you bring to our team every day.
